Why pay many hundreds of pounds for a new model when your current player has the potential to better it by far? We have over 16 years’ experience in repairing audio electronics. Now we are applying our expertise to upgrading for ultimate sound quality.
Why modify?
Changing important components for premium parts will deliver a level of realism you never thought possible from your CD player. Through extensive research and testing we know which areas require attention to bring about the largest gains in sound quality. Additional and improved power supplies are typically added, but mostly we focus on "unveiling" the existing design through improved component selection and cleaning up the signal path.
A range of upgrades are available to suit different makes, models and budgets. The lower levels tend to focus on improving components and separating power supplies for different circuits. The top level upgrades add in premium-grade components and focus on reducing power supply noise to vanishing low levels.
